What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients—because customer happiness and growth go hand in hand
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring every detail is accurate and complete
- Organizing regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Helping optimize contracts and commercial processes to drive efficiency
- Tracking key performance indicators like client margin, retention, and satisfaction—of course you'll be creating reports (but don't worry, we work with a state of the art ERP so you'll have all the information you need in one place)
- Interpret data and come up with an improvement action plan
- Working closely with sales, marketing, legal, and pricing teams
- Preparing competitive commercial offers within your scope of expertise
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial relations, customer care, or B2B sales
- A natural team player who listens, contributes ideas, and takes ownership
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you love structure and clarity
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building trust
What Sets You Apart:
- A university degree (preferably in economics or related fields)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good command of English (intermediate to advanced level)
- Experience with contracts, offers, and commercial indicators (a big plus!)
