We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and ensure successful delivery across all project phases.
Requirements:
- Strong experience managing ERP implementations using Odoo
- Proven track record delivering full-cycle ERP projects (analysis → go-live → hypercare)
- Solid understanding of core Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM and POS (especially in retail environments)
- Experience managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, accounting teams)
- Good understanding of ERP integrations (eCommerce, payment providers, banking, logistics)
- Experience managing custom developments and change requests
- Ability to perform impact analysis and prioritize enhancements
- Experience coordinating UAT and go-live activities
- Strong risk and issue management skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full Odoo implementation lifecycle, from analysis to post go-live support
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Coordinate functional and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Manage change requests and ongoing system improvements
- Ensure solution quality and timely delivery
