PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- graduate of a higher education institution;
- at least 4 years of project management experience specialized in SAP implementations, preferably on S/4HANA suite;
- participated as a Project Manager on at least two projects, both with a full cycle of
- implementation;
- experience in the implementation of Rollout projects;
- experience on at least one ECC-S/4HANA transition project is recommended;
- knowledge of an additional module (or several modules) from the S/4HANA suite is an advantage;
- knowledge about business processes in the area of B2B and e-commerce is an advantage;
- developed project management skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines
- extensive knowledge of project management processes, of the concept of change management and process improvement methods;
- certifications in the area of project management are a plus;
- developed skills of analysis and synthesis (disciplined approach, conceptual thinking, solving problems, accuracy, attention to details, systematic character);
- orientation towards results (focus on performance, concern for effectiveness);
- planning skills (planning and organizing actions and tasks);
- presentation and negotiation skills, perseverance and persuasiveness;
- English language at a very good level.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Defines in detail the purpose of the project, the objectives and the deliverables that support the business objectives, in collaboration with the management of the beneficiary company/companies and the respective stakeholders;
• Develops and manages, alone or together with other project managers, complex IT projects, related to integrations on various technologies and coordinates the BASIS infrastructure area involved in these projects;
• Builds and maintains relationships with implementation partners from the business area, project sponsors, the respective stakeholders and project team members and act as a single point of contact in what concerns project management for all project activities and change management;
• Ensures that the project is carried out to a high standard of delivery and that it is in line with its policies;
• Plans, sets deadlines in detail and follows the progress of the project, milestones and deliverables;
• Coordinates the Sostenia implementation team;
• Develops within the project a clear and concise documentation, easily usable by the beneficiary, related to processes, problems and action plan in order to solve them;
• Manages and monitors the purpose of the project, its associated risks, open issues, including user support requests, as well as their quality/test reports:
• Manages the project progress reporting process to management;
• Manages projects in case of expansions in other countries, outside of Romania.
