Job duties
- Design and develop/extend ABAP programs according to different business requirements;
- Perform tests in order to provide a high level of quality of the implemented solution;
- Communicate with the functional team members, understand business requirements and transform these requirements into technical design;
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation of the implemented solution
Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents; - Provide development expertise on design and deployment issues;
- Research, identify and recommend industry best practices for solving business and technology problems;
- Build professional relationships with clients, deliver high-quality code;
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs;
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and also in a team;
- Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with ABAP programming;
- Experience with ABAP Dynpros, Data Dictionary, ALV, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, IDocs, Business Workflows, Batch input, LSMW, Enhancements, BAdIs, BAPIs, Web services, ABAP OO, Debugger;
- Experience with S/4HANA;
- Basic knowledge of the following SAP modules: MM, SD, FI, PM;
- Good communication and analytical skills, result oriented and team player
Proficiency in English;
Nice to have
- Experience as an SAP WEB IDE full stack developer, including SAP Fiori/ SAP Screen Personas/ UI5
- Experience developing CDS views, ODATA services
- Experience with ABAP Unit Tests
